COVID-19 GUIDELINES
Caitlyn Lunsford Photography’s highest priority is the safety and health of everyone who works with or in the business. We have reviewed the guidelines as set forth by the state of Washington and have come up with the following changes to our guidelines and protocols to help prevent the spread of illness to you and to our staff while conducting business. We believe that by following the guidelines below, we can continue to serve our clients as safely as possible.
Here are the guidelines Caitlyn Lunsford Photography has put in place to help prevent the spread of the illness:
Appointments are required for all clients, allowing sufficient time to sanitize photographic equipment. Outdoor sessions will be used whenever possible.
APPOINTMENTS
Groups are not not allowed, unless they are consisted of immediate family. Only one client (and family member, if client is a minor) will be allowed to be posed in the immediate area.
GUESTS AND GROUPS
Photographer must wash hands regularly before and after the photography session.
All photography equipment as well as any props with which a client may come in contact with will be sanitized between each appointment.
All common areas, including door knobs (interior and exterior), counter tops, pens and pencils, tablets, keyboards and monitors will be frequently sanitized.
SANITATION
A minimum of six-foot separation between the photographer and client will be maintained in all interactions at all times. When strict physical distancing is not feasible for a specific task, other prevention measures will be used.
SAFETY AND HEALTH
Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as face masks and gloves will be used by the photographer when appropriate.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
The photographer will take necessary precautions to screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and other illnesses before each appointment. If the photographer is sick or shows any symptoms, the photo session will be rescheduled for another date, at least 14 days later.
SCREENING
In addition, I am requiring all clients to comply with the following guidelines:
If the client has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or has had contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 30 days, they will be required to delay their photo session by a minimum of 14 days.
SAFETY AND HEALTH
The client will take necessary precautions to screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and other illnesses before each appointment. If the client is sick or shows any symptoms, including, but not limited to: coughing, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell, the photo session will be rescheduled for another date, at least 14 days later.
